Once you hit 30 and can use Jubaku, I can craft the tools for ya and even give you a discount. Not sure if I can HQ them very much, but I think even with no HQs, I can save you 3-5k I think. I know it's not much, but it's still a saving.

i got 60 WW, and 58 alch. if that helps in crafting any tools bob.
